    自2024年起，上海国际魔术周将从原来的两年一届变更为一年一届。2024年第十三届上海国际魔术周的核心将以近景魔术的比赛和展演为主，2025年则以舞台魔术为比赛和展演重心，力求通过每年的侧重主题不同，不断丰富魔术盛会的形式，为观众带来源源不断的魔术惊喜。

    2024年第十三届上海国际魔术周魔术道具展也与以往有所不同，将开设魔术道具展会、魔法市集、海派非遗展示三大活动区域。更可喜的是，本次上海国际魔术周三大活动和赛事，演出在同一场馆空间展开，更有利于专业受众及广大爱好者的交流，也让魔术大师、新秀们与观众能有更充分的互动。

     

    Starting from 2024, the Shanghai International Magic Festival will be held annually instead of biennially. The 13th SIMF in 2024 will focus on close-up magic competitions and performances, with stage magic as the focus in 2025, alternating each year to offer diverse magical events and continuous surprises.

    The 13th SIMF Magic Props Fair in 2024 will differ from previous years. It will feature a magic props exhibition, a magic market, and a Shanghai-style intangible cultural heritage display area. These activities will take place in the same venue as the main events and gala shows, facilitating better interaction between exhibitors and the audience.

    To expand the magic audience and give the public more opportunities to learn about magic, each exhibitor is invited to prepare a 15–20-minute Dealer Show as part of the magic market stage presentations. This platform allows exhibitors to showcase their unique props through performances and demonstrations. This not only offers a valuable opportunity for direct interaction and communication with the audience but also represents an important step for exhibitors to promote magic culture, expand their audience base, and enhance their brand influence.

    上海国际魔术周设合理数量的魔术道具展位，欢迎信誉良好的道具商参展。道具展位对演出嘉宾、参赛选手、观摩者免费开放。

    道具展地点：上海市浦东新区文化艺术指导中心・东剧场

    展览日期：2024年10月31日至11月3日。

    展位尺寸：长300 CM、宽200 CM、高300 CM。

    展位价格：每一展位收费标准为3800元人民币。

    Introduction to Props Exhibition

    A proper number of props booths will be available at the 2024 Shanghai International Magic Festival, and reputable props dealers are welcome to attend. The props exhibition will be freely open to performers, competition participants and audience.

    道具商报名及参展说明

    Registration and Participation Instructions for Props Dealers

    1、组委会接受参展公开报名，凡拥有原创道具或原创道具销售授权道具商，通用道具制作商，魔术演出消耗品供应商，且道具品质优良、销售价格合理、行业信誉良好的道具商均可报名参展，请于2024年8月31日前将参展报名表及参展产品目录清单，以电子邮件或传真形式发送到组委会。

    The Organizing Committee accepts public registrations for participation in the Props Exhibition. Props producers that possess original props or props dealers that hold authorized sales rights for original props, general props manufacturers, suppliers of magic performance consumables, and those in good standing within the industry offering high-quality props at reasonable prices, are all eligible to apply for participation.

    2、因道具展位数量有限，组委会将根据专家对报名参展商的综合评估意见，择优选取，并于2024年9月30日前向获得参展资格的道具商发确认函。

    Due to the limited number of props booths, the Organizing Committee will, by taking into account the evaluations of registered exhibitors by experts, select participants in a competitive manner. Confirmation letters will be sent to shortlisted prop dealers by September 30, 2024.

     

    3、参展道具商不得销售盗版或侵权产品，不得销售参展目录清单以外产品，一经发现，组委会有权要求其无条件撤展，并将其列入黑名单，所缴参展费和注册费不予退还。

    Exhibiting props dealers shall not sell counterfeit or infringing products, or products not listed in the catalog. Once any of the aforementioned cases is discovered, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to demand unconditional withdrawal from the exhibition and blacklist the dealer. Any participation or registration fees paid will not be refunded.

     

    4、道具商一经参展确认，请于2023年10月15日前将展位费以银行转账方式汇至组委会指定银行账户（汇款账户信息会在确认函里一并发送）。

    Once participation is confirmed, attending props dealers shall transfer the booth fee to the designated bank account of the Organizing Committee by October 15, 2024 (the bank account information will be included in the confirmation letter).

     

    5、为了推动魔术事业的和上海国际魔术周的长期发展，与主办方达成长期合作意向的展商，在签署相关长期战略合作协议后，可享受一定的优惠和相关扶持，详情请与组委会指定联系人沟通洽谈。

    To promote the development of the magic industry and the long-term growth of SIMF, props dealers who reach a long-term cooperation agreement with the organizers will enjoy certain discounts and support. Please contact the designated contact person of the organizing committee for details. 

  • 展桌总长3m，由一张120cm及一张180cm组合而成，桌子宽度60cm，高度75cm。

    6、道具商权益：

     

    （1） 对于确认参展的道具商，摊位顶部可以有道具商企业logo的露出（请提供高清logo文件，jpg、png、ai、psd格式均可）

    （2） 对于国外参展商，展位两侧可悬挂对应国旗。

    （3） 背景板画面可自行设计，尺寸：300cm*300cm，（请提供高清jpg、tif等常规通用格式，120及以上dpi，或psd、ai等可编辑文件，字体需要转曲），背景板画面需提交至组委会审核，通过审核后组委会将安排统一印刷设计及安装布置。若无法提供设计文件，亦可提供相关需要展示的内容及文字，由组委会统一安排排版设计后印刷安装。

    （4） 展桌总长3m，由一张120cm及一张180cm组合而成，桌子宽度60cm，高度75cm。

    Rights and Interests for Props Dealers:

    （1） For props dealers who confirmed to participate in the exhibtion , the top of the booth can have the enterprise logo of prop dealers exposed. (please provide HD logo file, JPG, PNG, AI, PSD format is acceptable)

    （2） For international exhibitors, the national flag of their respective country can be hung on both sides of the booth.

    （3）The backdrop image can be designed by the exhibitor. Dimensions: 300cm*300cm. Please provide HD file in general formats like JPG or TIF(120 dpi or higher), or an editable file in PSD or AI format with fonts converted to outlines. The backdrop design shall be submitted to the Organizing Committee for approval. Upon approval, the Organizing Committee will arrange for unified printing, design, and installation. If unable to provide a design file, relevant content and text can be accepted, and the Organizing Committee will arrange the layout, design, printing, and installation.

    （4） The total length of the exhibition table is 3 meters, consisting of one 120cm table and one 180cm table. The width of the table is 60cm and the height is 75cm.

  • 7、由于本次展区位于开放式公共区域，请参展商自行保管所携带的商品及道具，若有在非营业时间发生商品被盗或遗失，组委会不承担相关安保责任。组委会亦不提供桌面盖布，请参展商自行准备。

    As the exhibition area is an open public space, exhibitors are responsible for the safekeeping of their goods and props. The Organizing Committee will not be liable for any theft or loss of goods during non-business hours.

    The Organizing Committee will not provide table covers; exhibitors are required to bring their own.

    所有参展道具商另需签署不销售盗版或侵权产品的参展承诺书。

    Note: Please be sure to indicate the name of the props dealer to attend the props exhibition.

    Additionally, all exhibiting props dealers shall sign a commitment letter promising non-sale of counterfeit or infringing products.
