为进一步提升赛事的国际声誉、专业水准与创新活力，更好地对接全球魔术发展的前沿趋势，吸引更多世界顶级魔术人才与作品参与，经组委会深入研究与慎重决定，自2026第十五届上海国际魔术周起，正式将“上海国际魔术周国际魔术新人赛”更名为“上海国际魔术周国际魔术大赛”。
本届大赛将向社会征集国内外优秀近景魔术师，展示技艺并角逐名次。
In order to further enhance the competition’s international reputation, professional standards, and innovative vitality — while aligning more closely with the evolving global landscape of magic — the Organizing Committee has officially decided to rename the “Shanghai International Magic Festival International Magic Competition for New Talent” as the “Shanghai International Magic Festival International Magic Competition.”
This year’s competition will solicit outstanding close-up magicians from home and abroad to showcase their skills and compete for prizes.
